What is the MOQ for custom shorts?
100 pieces per style per colour. Shorts are a low-risk, high-reorder category, so many brands start with a small mix of denim, tailored and casual styles and reorder the winners.
Can I start from your existing styles instead of a tech pack?
Yes, and it is the faster route. Pick a base — a tailored short, a denim cut-off, a linen casual — tell us what to change (rise, length, wash, hardware) and we quote and sample from there. Full tech packs are welcome but not required.
Which fabrics and washes work best for shorts?
We specify weight and hand-feel up front: rigid and comfort-stretch denim (with wash options), cotton twill and poplin for tailored looks, linen and blends for summer casuals, and satin or crepe for evening shorts. Each is chosen for structure and warm-weather comfort.
Can you do prints, embroidery and hardware detailing?
Yes — placement and all-over prints, tonal and contrast embroidery, and custom hardware such as rivets, buttons and drawcords are all in scope. Send reference images and we confirm what is production-feasible.
How long does sampling take?
10–15 days for a development sample after fabric and specs are confirmed. Bulk runs 10–15 days after sample approval.
Do you ship DDP / delivered to our country?
No. We ship FOB from a Chinese port (Shenzhen or Guangzhou) with full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, HS code and certificate of origin. Your freight forwarder handles the international leg. We can introduce forwarders for comparison but do not quote delivered / DDP prices.
