What is the MOQ for custom corset tops?
100 pieces per style per colour. Because corset and structured tops are trend-driven, many brands start with 1–2 styles to test, then scale the winners.
Can I start from your existing tops instead of a tech pack?
Yes, and it is the faster route. Pick a base top, tell us what to change — boning, fabric, colour, neckline, strap and hardware — and we quote and sample from there. Full tech packs are welcome but not required.
Which fabrics keep a structured top from going sheer?
We specify weight and coverage up front. For structured tops we work a 95% modal / 5% elastane rib or jersey at 220–280 gsm with power-mesh lining, and run a stretch-and-recovery plus opacity check before bulk.
Can you do boning, cut-outs and hardware detailing?
Yes — stitched or removable boning channels, underwire and padded cups, cut-out geometry, eyelets, straps and logo hardware are all in scope. Send reference images and we confirm what is production-feasible.
How long does sampling take?
10–15 days for a development sample after fabric and specs are confirmed. Bulk runs 10–15 days after sample approval.
