Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ for Nigerian brands and boutiques?
100 pieces per style per colour. Many Nigerian buyers start with 2–3 styles per drop and reorder the winners, so the 100-piece minimum is per style, not per order.
Do you ship to Lagos and other Nigerian ports?
We ship FOB from a Chinese port (Shenzhen or Guangzhou). We prepare all export documents — commercial invoice, packing list, HS code and certificate of origin — and your freight forwarder handles the Nigeria leg. If you don't have a forwarder yet, we can introduce one or two for comparison. We do not quote delivered / DDP Nigeria prices; international freight is arranged by the buyer or their agent.
Can you grade plus sizes for the African market?
Yes. We grade true to African sizes up to 5XL and cut for curvier proportions — our plus-size blocks are already proven in the African market. Send your size chart or use ours.
How long does sampling take?
10–15 days for a development sample after fabric and specs are confirmed. Bulk runs 10–15 days after sample approval.
How do we start an order?
Send reference photos, a mood board, or just pick styles from our catalogue and tell us what to change. We quote a per-style FOB price and sample your first pick.
